my prob is, when i open nero client, nothing happens, even nero patcher either but the patch worked. any help?

May I know what OS do you have? Probably Vista or Win7? Try running it in compatibility mode.
Do you have the complete files for Ragnarok; "data.grf" and "rdata,grf"?

XP sp 2, yes i have all the files and besides, i have other ragnarok server and it works without any prob.

Try to reinstall NeRO and before installing, delete the "data" folder or files from other servers you played before.
*Note: Don't forget to backup your Ragnarok Folder.

Are there errors appear when you're trying to execute the client? or literally nothing happens when you try to execute the client? Maybe you're Ragnarok folder lacks some .dll

Now i have my ragray separated from old other servers, and install there the NeRO lite client. It seems that i have all DLL, and data.ini has the same config as you have posted, still none works.

Try opening Setup.exe and adjust anything then restart.

Try this.
Step 1. Download this
RAG SETUP
Step 2. DownloadRENEWAL
and follow this steps
Step 1. Download this
RAG SETUP- Make sure it's installed in the same directory where you installed/will be installing your Ragnarok Renewal and NeRO Client.
- To update to latest, run Ragnarok.exe and let it patch.
- Make sure no client/s is/are currently running when/while patching.
Step 2. Download
RENEWAL- Make sure it's installed in the same directory where you installed/will be installing your Ragnarok Main and NeRO Client.
- To update to latest, run Ragnarok_RE.exe and let it patch.
- Make sure no client/s is/are currently running when/while patching.
